Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season and a brilliant year in 2009. We're back from the Peats Ridge Festival in Glenworth Valley. We saw some great live music and took in the festive village atmosphere. After a fun gig at the dome, known as the Land of Hopeless Utopians, we saw an amazing astral event. The international space station crossed the sky right above us, illuminated so brightly that it seemed unbelievably close. Then it slowly faded to a faint orange glow as it travelled into the earth's shadow.
A truly amazing way to welcome in the new year.
